(CHDI) has been providing quality Medical, Dental, Pharmacy, Lab/X-ray, Disease Screening & Management, Health Education and Specialty Care Referral Services at Our Health/Nuestro Centro de Salud, Uvalde; Rolling Hills Health, Leakey; and Canyon Health Center, Camp Wood for 27 years. Fees based on income. It is also a center for Community Wellness in Uvalde.
