Horse Story Hour

Dr. Kathleen Morriss and associates from the Southwest Texas Veterinary Medical Center will be special guest readers for youngsters. After reading Billy and Blaze, the story of a boy and his horse, there will be several activities including learning about bits, bridles and saddles as well as how to curry a real live horse or two. Children will be able to interact with the animal(s) and have a short ride astride.
