Girl's Empowerment Workshop and Slumber Party!
Girls ages 7-13 can join in on a 2 day Girl's Empowerment Workshop!
Participants will learn how to set boundaries, find their voice, and avoid unsafe situations through proven and practical self-defense techniques. Our goal is to foster a sense of confidence and positive self-esteem, and show girls that they are capable of more than they realize!
Other topics to be covered during the workshop: Team building, healthy body image, and bullying.
