Free Legal Advice Clinic
The Texas Bar Foundation in partnership with Texas Legal Services Center and the El Progreso Memorial Library will be providing free legal advice on Civil Legal Issues. These issues include divorce, custody, veteran's benefits, eviction, etc.) No criminal law, personal injury such as malpractice or car accidents.
