The Uvalde Grand Opera House will be auditioning for the upcoming summer performance of Boeing Boeing on May 31. The Award Winning Comedy was originally written in French by Marc Camoletti and then translated for English stages by Beverly Cross and Francis Evans. Winner! 2008 Tony Award®, Best Revival of a Play It’s the 1960s, and swinging bachelor Bernard couldn't be happier: a flat in Paris and three gorgeous stewardesses, one German, one Italian and one American, all engaged to him without knowing about each other. But Bernard’s perfect life gets bumpy when his friend Robert comes to stay and a new and speedier Boeing jet throws off all of his careful planning. Soon all three stewardesses are in town simultaneously, timid Robert is forgetting which lies to tell to whom, and catastrophe looms. We are looking to cast two males and four females. Cast members must be 18 years and over. Auditions will take place in The Uvalde Grand Opera House Annex on May 31st 6.00-8.00pm. There is no need to prepare anything in advance.
